Pros and Cons

Pros

Shows time off accumulated and time off used at a glance
Easy to submit expenses for reimbursement
Easy to find paystubs at a glance
Easy to direct deposit into more than one account
Easy to donate to a charity automatically

Cons

Viewing paystubs seems to be different periodically - it shows up differently depending on the pay period
Love to be able to "alter" the time off request if it was for less than originally requested rather than having to delete and resubmit. This full deletion makes sense if you need "more" time off in the same request period, but less time should. just be an adjustment to the original request, not a re-submission

Usability

I'ts just simple to use as I indicated in the previous typed response. No fluff - easy to log in and see your profile and details about time off and expense reimbursement.

Yes

This just makes sense and is easy to use, even for novice users. For both users and employers, it's not full of fluff - it's full of easy to use features. Even if minor improvements are needed the bulk of the program is simple and straight forward. I hate having too many paths inside a program that make it complicated - this is straight forward.
