Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

Gusto is an app that my boss provided to me. It tracks my mileage and hours worked and helps me receive each of my checks. As I am still new, I am unsure of any business problems that occur due to my enthusiasm.

Pros

  • Gusto provides great forms that help me get paid.
  • Gusto helps me track my mileage.
  • Gusto is really straightforward and easy to understand.

Cons

  • Easier way to access the W-4 forms.
  • I have not experienced ROI yet.
I give this rating because the app is great. I have no complaints about it, and it's really beneficial. I have not seen any problems with it, so I think about it so highly. It helped me progress and get paid.

Gusto is well suited for tracking hours worked and getting paid for mileage. However, I find it less appropriate to describe what you did for work that day or how you did it when trying to communicate with other people.
