Overall Satisfaction with Gusto
We use Gusto primarily as a tool for tracking time off requests and personnel information. It functions well as a tool for maintaining track of organizational leadership and who reports to whom, and keeps track of payroll information that would otherwise be difficult to manage. It functions well for our needs.
Pros
- Gusto maintains our database of personnel, pay information, and emergency contacts.
- Gusto manages our payroll information and provides employees with an excellent breakdown of pay.
- The partnership with the self-help income verification service is beneficial to our employees.
Cons
- I think Gusto logs people out of the platform too quickly—there have been multiple times when I've left for a moment and felt like I was quickly logged out.
- Unfortunately, I do not have access to these numbers specifically.
