Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Gusto is the main HR app in the company I work for. I use it to mainly manage our benefits, time off, holidays tracking, and paystubs. It's very convenient because it's very clean and easy to use.
It's also great for managing your documents for your taxes, it comes very well prepared and I've never had any problems in the last 8 years that I've used Gusto.

Very clean design and great user experience
Very clear navigation and communication

Cons

Everything is great, I don't see any need of improvements, but I see they are always working on improvements making this platform even better every day.

This is great for any kind of business. It can really help from small to large companies. I highly recommend it after 8 years of using it. I've never had any problem and the customer service is amazing.
