Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

We use Gusto for our payroll and direct deposit.

Pros

Cons

  • I haven't encountered a way in which I'd like to see Gusto improve.
  • Gusto's payroll summary report is fabulous. I'm a nerd at heart and have previously crunched all my payroll numbers and taxes, and when I run the report with Gusto. It's detailed to the 'nth' degree, and my numbers match; I know they're good at what they do, and I can trust them to calculate what I owe accurately and to get my employees their hard-earned pay without issue.
Gusto is so easy to use and the help is easy to access and be in touch with someone.
