Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Gusto is our payroll processing software. I am an employee not the administrator. I use it to access my paystubs and W2 history. It is straight forward and easy to use. I have not had any issues with it in the 8+ years it has been used for paychecks. The deposits have always available on time.

Usability

We have been using Gusto for longer than I can remember. The former payroll system was clunky and it was not easy to update information, access paystubs, or make any needed changes. Gusto lists it all in one place and is employee friendly. I have never had an issue with it.

Alternatives Considered

Quickbooks Online Payroll

I think Quickbooks is hard to navigate and it has too many outages/down times. In my experience, you have to jump through hoops to get your information updated. I think it is slow and ugly

Likelihood to Recommend

Gusto is easier to use than other paycheck SAS. It is quick and easy to log in. The app and the website are not clunky. I can find what i need. Updating tax information, address, or bank account information is simple. An email is sent to notify of the deposit once it occurs.
