Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

Gusto streamlines HR tasks with its user-friendly interface, simplifying onboarding, offboarding, and insurance selections. Now that it includes guideline they have a 401K plan for comprehensive employee benefits management it’s the perfect “all in one” set up for small businesses.

Pros

  • Payroll/onboarding/offboarding/
  • sending taxes quartly
  • giving helpful advice for businesses especially small ones starting up

Cons

  • Different varieties to fill out work hours in payroll so options are there
  • Combining their Guidelines within their monthly rate
  • putting a few more options for insurance coverage
  • They make taxes faster
  • Show 401K deductions for taxes and how to file for them

When starting up a business they made starting payroll, on boarding and offboarding simple. They have offered to help with guidance every step of the way so that the administrator understands how to use their platform and also giving options to expand past payroll, by offering additional areas such as 401K, insurance and other options like time off or pay cards right into the employers user.
