Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

I've found Gusto extremely user-friendly for my clients, and their response time for inquiries is notably fast and helpful. Unlike other service providers, they take the initiative to correct errors rather than leaving it to us.

Pros

  • Easy & straightforward setup.
  • Our clients find it easy to use.
  • Reminders are sent well in advance.

Cons

  • The workflow process could be delineated out better.
  • The terminology could be explained.
  • Allows our clients to process their payroll in a cost-effective way.
  • Out clients have had less problems with dealing with Gusto than other service providers.
  • We have had a better relationship with Gusto than with other service providers.
We have experienced very few issues with using Gusto and have recommended them to several clients when setting up or transitioning from other service providers.
Gusto is more cost-effective and has been very responsive to inquiries.

The setup was easy to add our clients as well as adding internal staff. Gusto provides assistance better than other service providers when dealing with issues. Other service providers will frequently have the client research and correct their problems.
