Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

As a small clinic owner, I have used Gusto for 10 years to take care of payroll, as well as to scale over time and help onboard new employees.

Pros

  • Simplifies time tracking
  • Reminders to run payroll
  • Ease of process
  • Excellent customer support

Cons

  • Report options could be better
  • Saves me time
Very easy to use, I would say except for some of the reports could be more streamlined to customize

Excellent to have all the taxes and reports done correctly, including employees in different states and of different types (hourly, contract, salaried).
