Overall Satisfaction with Harvest

Everyone at our agency uses Harvest, from our CEO, all the way to our interns. As a marketing agency, we bill clients based on hours, and Harvest helps us track those billable hours and keep tabs on every client's budget so that we don't go over hours and lose money. It keeps us efficient.
  • Employee time tracking is easy to use. Great UI.
  • It integrates with other systems we use, like Trello, making it even easier to track our time and tasks.
  • Project time tracking is very transparent.
  • This is more of a time tracking tool, so if you are looking for something that will help you more on the accounting side, I think this tool might be lacking a bit.
  • The transparency of what our time goes towards allows us to adjust and make sure we're focusing on billable hours and staying as lean as possible.
I think Harvest is great for small teams and agencies, or businesses that do project work. I've used tools (like ADP) in the past, and Harvest is a much easier tool to train people on. If your main goal is time tracking and tracking project hours, this is definitely the tool you should use.
