My company utilizes Hatchbuck to make new and existing contact with clients. We use the automated emails, campaigns, tasks, and analytics to track our communications. It's great for reaching out to the masses in one step!
- Simple email construction for content
- Easy to set up campaigns and mass emails
- Ability to automate systems
- Easy tracking of all emails - so important for communicatin and follow up
- Would be nice to have social media links and other we links set up for easy selection
- More variety for content email templates
- Periodically send out content ideas for startups that have problem making multiple campaigns
- Many emails bounce back
- If someone marks spam but later decides they are interested we cannot re-email them
It made a difference to me to have a live marketing person to assist me.
