Overall Satisfaction with HealthStream
I use HealthStream to adhere to compliance in my department. I listen and view training about company policy, as well as new systems, services, or features that we add. Healthstream is used by our entire system for these same reasons. Healthstream allows our departments to push out needed info in a timely manner.
- Notifies you when there is new training.
- The modules are very easy to use.
- The configuration of the system is well built.
- The system notifies quite frequently when training is due.
- It would be great to have a mobile feature to do training on the go.
Any time there is a concern or question, the timeliness and cooperation of the response is great.
