Overall Satisfaction with Heap

We use the heap to monitor user behavior and track the success of experiments on various user experience tests. We also use it to visualize and store data on our different user segments so we can analyze them and group them into cohorts for a better understanding of the customer and their needs

Heap is excellent for analyzing user behavior, but some of the fine-grained controls could use a little more work. For example, you can't have users skip steps and still appear in the same funnel, the steps have to be sequential, or else the funnel will not be constructed in the right way.
