Overall Satisfaction with Heap
I love using Heap to identify power users of data.ai and also where they are based. I build out Global premier initiatives for the company and need to identify our Strategic users. Super powerful to quickly identify who they are and what features they use in the platform.

- Usage by account.
- Usage by location.
- Usage by platform feature.
Cons
- Which items to select in order to generate a report.
- How to easily share a report.
- A personal dashboard would be helpful.
- Tracking account health.
- Identifying power users.
- Understanding product adoption.
I haven't used any other products like Heap.
