I use Heap to determine customer behaviors on our website and derive analysis and insights from the reporting.

Pros and Cons

Showing the drop off points from one webpage to the next
Tracking what pages customers are interacting with
Funnel Reporting

A lot of the buttons and menu tasks have been moving around lately making it trickier to find things
The event visualizer is gone
Heap is not super intuitive to use

Heap was helpful in finding out if new features on our website were being utilized and/or well received by viewers. Heap was less helpful in determining if customers were having issues with things or if not all views were captured depending on certain types of filters and event naming.
