Overall Satisfaction with Heap
I use Heap to analyze data from the use of our mobile app and what activities sales associates are doing with it. I then construct statistical models with this data.
- visualization
- great dashboards
- ease of use
- difficult to know what all data is captured
- unable to find a single (very large) data set that covers all the data captured.
- would be nice to see a list of all the data captured.
I do not really use any other platforms like Heap
