Overall Satisfaction with Hibob
We use Hibob has our Global HR system to hold all of our employee data.
- User functionality, it is simple for employees to navigate on their own
- Setting up repeat reports for finance/operations and BI teams make it less manual
- KPI dashboard and the ability to build your own
- Probation review cycles there is no way to schedule it to run automatically
- Org structure design, being able to completely build your org structure instead of using PowerPoint
- Reports
- Performance
- Time off
- It has allowed us to build more reports and cater to what our company needs
