Overall Satisfaction with Hibob

I use HiBob to manage and track all things related to employees. It supports us by being able to quickly pull real-time data to make better people decisions. HiBob is great for calculating leave and holiday and recently appreciating the integrations it's building with other systems we use such as our ATS.

  • User Friendly.
  • Bulk upload of info.
  • If HiBob had it's own ATS! That would be awesome.
  • Automated reports.
  • Time off.
  • Performance.
  • Positive as it saves us time with auto reporting and data access.
More user-friendly and has faster product updates with what we need as a business. Also a bit more exciting to use as a product and not a typical boring HR system. I really like how it fits with our culture with a bit of fun added in. The team is also great.

HiBob is well suited to organisations of our size, but I would struggle to see how it could be used for larger organisations. Something we find quite painful as a team is running payroll and having to update information in multiple places, I would like to see how HiBob can help with this as it causes internal issues.
