Overall Satisfaction with Hibob
As a company-wide tool, we use it to engage with our employees. We utilise the talent function to hold our quarterly and annual reviews, as well as having employees input their goals into the system. We are trying to automate as much as possible from an HR point of view and put the emphasis on self-service for employees. HiBob has massively helped us with this and the feedback has been positive.
Pros
- Reporting & KPI Dashboards.
- Talent.
- Navigation & 'look' of the platform is fantastic.
- User friendly.
- Easy to add data fields.
Cons
- Document feature. Would be great to be able to have folders within folders & send read requests from any folder.
- Ability to hide any data fields from employees would be great.
- Feature to search shoutout posts would be useful.
- Reporting.
- Talent Module.
- Flows & Task lists (very, very good).
- Org Structure is great.
- Employee engagement has improved - employees love the system.
- HiBob is our source of truth for HR. We use it to support other functions with data & Bob does this superbly.
- Improved our reviews; being able to input all the data into the system is great.
Miles better than Youmanage - pretty much incomparable, Bob is that much further ahead. I was using Workday in a much bigger organisation and it worked fantastically there. I don't know if HiBob would have been as effective with a workforce of more than 3,000. However, on the flip side, I don't believe that Workday would have been as successful as HiBob has been with our current workforce size. Overall, HiBob is a great system with some amazing features. I think it will be exciting to see what the product looks like in 5 years as it has real potential to grow and get better.
