Overall Satisfaction with Hibob

We use Hibob as our HRIS. This addresses communication within the business, links to essential sites, keeping all employees data safe and together. All 200 employees use Hibob and have access to this. Bob also addressed for us a link between our people and payment system meaning payroll is a bit less frantic! Bob has been a great addition to share messages and give kudos to people and to use as an intranet to keep essential links together. We also use bob to gain information about the people we have in our business to ensure products and services that the HR team are specific and useful to the workforce.

Hibob has a lot more features than PeopleHR. Just missing the overtime and expenses calculation
Hibob is much more user friendly than our previous system, it is prettier, much more customisable and to be used similarly to a social media platform has really helped people engage with the system.
PeopleHR was very systemised as opposed to getting people involved with giving kudos and thanks to people and to have a more centralised place for everything, has mean that performance management and reviews are easy to complete and manage and track throughout the year meaning people are more aligned with the vision and knowing where they stand with the business.

Hibob is perfect for keeping all employee information together and using it as a fun tool to get to know each other. Having the option to shout out, give kudos or post information for everyone is really useful and has been really good for the business and well received by everyone. Org chart is super easy to use and navigate the Integrations between our payment system and LMS has been really useful. Overtime cannot be logged in a 'clock in' 'clock out' way, and can only be logged through the system as TOIL. We have instead had to create a work around for this. This is now working and people are using it. But this seems like something this system should have. Expenses are a long arduous process at the moment which is a real shame, as we're now having to spend money externally to include expenses.

Using Hibob

250 - All business functions use hibob. Direct labour in the field and other field based staff use the app and other, more office based staff used the desktop app however the functionality on the app is helpful for those office staff including management are able to confirm time off or give kudos and add photos from their phone!
250 - All staff have access to support where required. Everyone has been really helpful when he have contacted them, answered questions promptly, with clear expectations and screenshots to show us where we need to go. Being able to give the bob support team access to our system has been great for them to see any problems we may be facing so they can see it first hand.

  • Expenses can't be logged through bob so we use a widget and approval flow on peoples pages to work this out.
  • Overtime can't be logged to be paid on bob therefore we have had to use other functions within bob to help us log this.

We will without a doubt be continuing to use Hibob, it is convenient, being engaged with and great value for money. A one stop shop for all things HR related to keep policies and safe financial information has been so beneficial to the business meaning less risk to GDPR breaches and somewhere for employees to refer back to in future has been invaluable.

Hibob Implementation

I really enjoyed the implementation being involved in a key piece of change management int he business was really exciting!
Yes - Alev helped us break up each piece of bob and work out how we'd like to do this and to work with our business. this was really helpful rather than it being in one go.
Change management was a minor issue with the implementation - Everyone was on board with the changes needed

Support have been really helpful, being able to give them access so they see our problems in real time is really beneficial and we still feel like employee data is safe because we don't have to give financial information.

Yes - Yes, sorted quickly and given plenty of updates throughout the day
When we had a bug with time off, there was a problem with the day blanking out when trying to edit. The person who served me was fantastic, persevered with the issue and got a prompt response with updates throughout the day where the fix wasn't immediate.
