Overall Satisfaction with HID DigitalPersona
its a very robust tool we use it as a identity access management tool and it havent let us down. It makes sure only authorized personnel can only get access to the system and data. It takes care of both network and on premises login system.

it has decreased complexity of authentication for us. its usability on both offline and online systems make sure our data is protected all the time. Overall it has increased our productivity and made us more reliant on new authentication methods.
Azure ad has simplified the login process. it streamlines the user identity management process. because of it password management and user provisioning becomes easy. because of azure ad we can use sso which allows us to cumulatively login for all the applications at once.
its used by us to protect our system and applications such as outlook and microsoft 365 suite. we use it to protect our mobile devices as well. salesforce cloud is also provided protection by us using HID only.
Of course, it has enhanced the overall security of our system. it provides wide array of authentication methods which makes sure everyone can choose the authentication method according to their preference.
overall HID was a better pick it had more features and was cheaper in comparison. its integration with Azure ad makes it super helpful.
