Overall Satisfaction with HireRight

We are using HireRight with all of our companies to facilitate pre-employment background investigations and is the tool to help us make informed decisions about the individuals we hire. We have other sister companies and we are all using HireRight and it has been a great time saver.

Pros

  • The training offered is a great tool to help new customers and users. They have several methods of training available; tutorials, online sessions, courses and of course via phone.
  • One of my favorite things is the ability to send an email invitation to a candidate so they can complete and submit their own background investigation. This has helped the process and helped new potential team members feel more involved and connected with the process.
  • I absolutely love the I-9 feature it reduces paperwork and saves us a lot of time when dealing with potential candidates.

Cons

  • We still struggle with communities that do not have electronic records available and can delay background checks.
  • HireRight does respond to help requests, however it is not always the same day. But definitely within two business days.
  • The amount of time it saves the company.
HireRight is a full scale background check company. I would encourage anyone looking to supplement their current provider or looking for full services to consider them. With their online registration for potential employees it allows them to participate and know what is happening. It will also save the company time by eliminating the need for paperwork.
