Use Cases and Deployment Scope

HireVue is used across our entire organization. This platform allows our team to review video interviews submitted by candidates whenever their schedule allows. It has streamlined our review process for vetting potential new hire candidates.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Easy access and use for potential new hire candidates.
Great format for creating questions and problems for potential candidates to complete.
Allows our team to screen candidates faster and on our schedule.

Cons

It would be nice to integrate the actual job application into the pre or post interview process with a candidate.
It would be nice to be able to edit a current "job" instead of having to create a new position.

Hi Clay! Thanks for taking the time to review us! We appreciate you and we're glad that Advisors Ahead is on board with us. I will send the job application request as a feature request - that is a great idea! We can add resumes to interviews, but not job applications. Feature requests are taken very seriously and reviewed often. As long as candidates have not started taking an interview, you can still edit questions other than simple typos. However, if a candidate has started an interview under a particular position, we do not allow editing questions as we feel it is not fair to the candidates that have already taken the interview and the new candidates who did not have the same questions as the older candidates.
