Use Cases and Deployment Scope

HireVue is used across two departments - our Talent Acquisition departments sends out HireVues to candidates and once they are completed, our Account Teams review them to make final decisions. It addresses time efficiency problems as it allows us to cut interview time in half.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Allows candidates to feel comfortable with on demand interviewing.
Is flexible in that we can create tailored questions.
Allows us to search for past completed HireVues so we can make decisions quickly without having to resend or re interview.

Cons

Appearance seems outdated
Would like a complete rating on the first page so you don't have to click through each one to see
Numerical rating over stars

Cuts interview time in half
Allows us to weed out disinterested candidates
Develops a strong pool of past candidates

Don't need to schedule interview times or have dropped and incomplete interviews.

Thanks for taking the time to review us! We appreciate it and we're glad to have you on board. When you talk about the appearance being outdated, are you referring to the website itself, or the actual admin/user tool? I'd love to hear more about what exactly seems outdated. We want HireVue to look and feel fresh! The numerical rating is a great request, and I will send that through as a feature request. All feature requests are taken seriously and reviewed often. Users can view average ratings of each candidate without clicking, but you will need to click on each particular candidate to view each evaluator's star rating.
