Overall Satisfaction with HireVue
HireVue is used across two departments - our Talent Acquisition departments sends out HireVues to candidates and once they are completed, our Account Teams review them to make final decisions. It addresses time efficiency problems as it allows us to cut interview time in half.
- Allows candidates to feel comfortable with on demand interviewing.
- Is flexible in that we can create tailored questions.
- Allows us to search for past completed HireVues so we can make decisions quickly without having to resend or re interview.
- Appearance seems outdated
- Would like a complete rating on the first page so you don't have to click through each one to see
- Numerical rating over stars
- Cuts interview time in half
- Allows us to weed out disinterested candidates
- Develops a strong pool of past candidates
Don't need to schedule interview times or have dropped and incomplete interviews.
