Overall Satisfaction with HireVue
Hirevue allows both our clients and candidates to interact either "live" or on demand during the recruitment process. Working internationally across various timezones with busy people, Hirevue on Demand can be used and viewed by stakeholders at times to suit them.
- Allows for different types of questioning, written, video etc
- Diary management for all stakeholders
- Flexible can be used on mobile devices
- Reliability regarding connection connection; even with strong wifi it can "buffer"
- Allows continuity and consistency of interview questions
- Allows for continuity of the process when it is difficult to get people to meet face to face
