Overall Satisfaction with Homerun Presales Platform
Prior to HomeRun my notes and files were all over the place. Notepad word docs saved on network shares or box or Confluence. HomeRun gives me a single location for all my data that I can reference whenever I need it. The biggest issue I have found that HomeRun has solved for us is when someone is out of the office, and I have to fill in I know where the data is and can easily prepare for whatever the customer needs with a seamless transition from one engineer to another. I also love the action items. As I am meeting with the customer or entering data, I add the Action items and have my reminders in the same location as I have everything else I need for the customer.
