Overall Satisfaction with Hootsuite Pro
- Easy to manage multiple social media accounts across various platforms (Facebook, Twitter, etc).
- Good dashboard views of stream activity.
- Easy to follow brand mentions, keyword / hashtag searches
- Decent reporting on account activity
- Facebook APIs often fail when posting to brand pages. When posting a link to Facebook brand pages from Hootsuite, I get an unspecified API error message and the post will often not post at all, or will post with no link preview.
- For $5.99 / month for the Pro plan, it meets our needs of managing several internal accounts, as well as client accounts we manage.
