I haven't encountered any scenarios where it would be less appropriate. In the field I work in, it helps so much with pulling in 1000s of comments a day for our team to handle and engage with, or escalate. So far its worked for all of our clients needs. Very happy with it overall.

Hootsuite's best feature is how easy it is to vary posts per platform without having to schedule them separately. This is especially nice when I need to tag someone but they have different handles per platform.

Overall, I find scheduling on Hootsuite messy though. There are also features lacking in my opinion.

If you need to plan ahead for social content, especially with a limited marketing staff, Hootsuite is a godsend. I have continued the offered training within Hootsuite and it has completely changed the way my workday flows- for once I feel like I'm in control of our social media instead of always playing catch-up. I have actually been able to weed out a couple of social media accounts that were lagging and focus on the better performing channels.

I really like that I can just go into hootsuite, connect all the our social channels and be able to have a great overview on what our social feeds look like. It's super handy not having to spend time going into each social platform to do the same post, and I can spend one day scheduling out that month's social plan.

I much prefer sorting out boosting post from Hootsuite, the only downside is that they have a limit to what you can boost a month so a lot of the time I have to grin and bear it and use Meta Business Suite instead for boosting posts.

- Managing multiple accounts: you can add many social accounts to your account. It's super easy to make posts for specific brands/platforms - - Seeing data historically: Hootsuite can backdate data for years (I think) so it's a great way to look at historical data
- The social listening tool: you can see what's going on in your industry or if people are talking about your brand

I have suggested it to everyone who can because it is truly the best combination of things along with the classes they provide. From TikTok to LinkedIn all the major socials are available to post through Hootsuite. when we had a large survey come out it was great to make my post cross platforms at once

Hootsuite is great for a businesses or public figures looking for cost-effective social media management options. It will help keep the business organized and on point for social media. While it could be helpful for personal use, I would recommend this more for professional use. This will improve workflow at any business.

For all social media professionals managing at least 5 accounts this is a great tool. The ability to schedule content across all accounts and channels will save any social media professional hours of work. As well, the analytics are in depth enough to give you a great overview of how well the accounts are performing.

If you are someone who doesn't create and post the content yourself, it isn't necessary for this instance. You can get analytics in the Instagram app, and the inbox management, streams, and scheduling won't be as beneficial for you.

We use HootSuite for 3-4 different brands, on social media those break up into 4 language each, which are present in their turn on different sources. HootSuite makes it easy to track and manage all of those pages in one place. It really saves a lot time and eliminate manual work (I mean to log in in every source one by one every time you need to check). Using HootSuite is a pleasure. If you have similar requests and needs, I do recommend HootSuite sincerely.

It's good for small marketing or communications teams where efficiency is needed to ensure there's bandwidth. It helps encapsulate your social media agenda all in one tool as opposed a decentralized approach where you're planning using emails, spreadsheets, and using independent social platforms. It's also great to aggregate the data for reporting to leadership teams.

I feel that Hootsuite would be well-suited for a marketing team to manage multiple accounts and get deep analytics. It would also work well for team collaboration and content curation. Hootsuite might be less appropriate for small-scale or personal use or for marketing teams with a limited need for analytics. It also seems to be less agile than other platforms for real-time engagement.

It accomplishes exactly what we need it to do - scheduling posts between various brands and brand channels that can be seen by anyone in our company with reporting metrics that help us to build the business case to our upper management team. It reduces the amount of time I have to spend on this activity while making us more productive.

It's a well built product for a pretty straightforward ask - social media management. Especially good for enterprise-scale companies, not so much for upstarts I'd say. The competitors out there fare close, but it's about the value you're getting at the end of the day. And with Hootsuite, you're getting great value overall.

For small staff offices where social media is often one of many, many responsibilities, having the ability to plan ahead and schedule posts is a lifesaver! We schedule social media posts for a week at a time and them I don't have to think about it until the next week! Amazing!

[Hootsuite is] well suited for school districts to schedule posts or push important information quickly across multiple platforms. We now have English and Spanish social media channels, and I can easily copy the English post and then re-write it in Spanish so I can use the same pictures while posting different content on other social media channels in another language.

Hootsuite is great for posting and scheduling new content for your social media channels. It is a timesaver and a great way of seeing everything you have scheduled/posted in one place. It would be nice to be able to tag other pages/accounts from Hootsuite a little easier though.

Hootsuite Enterprise is a good tool to use when you have multiple social media accounts that you need to manage simultaneously. If you only were using one platform, it may be sufficient to use their own native management tools (Facebook pages, etc.). Hootsuite's ability to create teams and provide varying access for users is also an important feature. If there is only one person who posts on social media and an approval is not required, Hootsuite may not be a necessary tool.

For those that are new to Hootsuite, it is the simplest form of managing content. There are analytics, scheduling, and more! You won't need to spend more than 5 -10 minutes trying to learn Hootsuite. That's how easy it is. Simple design, BUT maximum possibilities. I started using Hootsuite after college, and don't see myself switching over to any other content manager.
