  • The product has a really interactive media library which is very helpful even when we are out of images.
  • Customer support of this tool is also very understandable and interactive due to which the experience goes very smoothly.
  • It would not be wrong to say that the usability of this product is one of the greatest strengths of Hootsuite.
  • With this tool modification of scheduled posts is just so simple and easy to do which yields great results as well.
  • This platform is not really supportive of LinkedIn as it sometimes does not allow you to tag different videos on your personal accounts with this platform.
  • I feel that the amount of channels we can manage with the Pro account is just a very small quantity.

  • You know when posts are going to get live through the publisher, so you are well aware of when to schedule next.
  • The platform provides us with the ability to view all the metrics in one place, which for some emerging businesses could be a very big thing.
  • This software is easy to use and intuitive in nature, so users can easily benefit from its user-friendliness.
  • The performance and efficiency of this tool are on point. Everything is pretty much decent and well-balanced.
  • I have always had a great experience with this software because its user interface is so user-friendly that it never made me feel odd for a single moment.
  • After the purchasing of the platform, the features should not be then limited to users as we paid for them to be unlocked.
  • I found the initial setup a little difficult and confusing to do due to which user frustration can be a common issue.

  • The layout is great and how you can see the monthly calendar and it is appealing to the eye.
  • Hootsuite is very easy with incorporating and linking to your existing social media channels, where other programs have not been as smooth.
  • The whole process of adding images, creating posts and scheduling them is very easy in Hootsuite.
  • Tagging pages in posts doesn't always work or the pages do not pop up.

  • I can schedule on behalf of my clients in advance.
  • I can easily edit posts from the Hootsuite calendar.
  • In the time I have been a customer, I have had no incidence with a post appearing incorrectly or being posted at the wrong time.
  • Hootsuite lessens the stress I used to have when I was posting on individual social media sites.
  • Sometimes I find it hard to navigate to the place I am trying to go to on Hootsuite - I wish it came with a cheat sheet.
  • Well, I do not know where it would not be suited, but I do wish there was more of a discount when you move up from one level to another - meaning, as I get new clients, I need to make sure I have enough spots left on Hootsuite to add them. Some clients want me to post on 5 social media sites and it is easy to use up the number of spots, but it is a big jump to the next level, and the number of clients I have changes from time to time. So if I jump to the next level, I might not need it in a few months.
  • There are a lot of questions it is asking, and I wish there were less.

  • Hootsuite's review/reports are brilliant, easy to understand, and easy to drill into

  • Adding or replacing images in posts that are going to multiple platforms is simple

  • Tracking frequency of posting and performance
  • Tagging is one of the main [features lacking] in Hootsuite as we need to go back to the single SM channels to do the actual tagging. It’s somehow not well connected.
  • Hootsuite doesn’t allow [you] to tag/upload videos on personal accounts in LinkedIn.
  • The number of channels that we are allowed to manage with the Pro account is too little.
  • It would be great to have few basic insights on the email posting dashboard, kind of one place where [you can] see postings and their performance.

  • Scheduling - You can schedule unlimited posts meaning you can schedule far in advance if you do not want to spend too much time on your marketing
  • Time Management - You know when posts are going live through the publisher bar, so then you know when you need to schedule another post
  • Metrics Monitoring - As a business who is trying to grow their online presence, having the ability to see our metrics in one place is really handy!
  • Pinterest - We cannot currently access Pinterest, according to Hootsuite the account is already added to our profile, but when I go to schedule a pin it says the account is not connected.
  • Posting - Sometimes Hootsuite does not remind me on time when a post needs to be published which can be slightly inconvenient
  • It would be nice if you could preview your post on the grid (Instagram) like Later.com, so then you can arrange your posts to make it look more visually pleasing

  • It is user friendly and easy to schedule posts across different platforms.
  • It aggregates data well so we know how much interaction we are receiving on every platform
  • The mobile site is easy to use
  • Hootsuite's Instagram functionality has been lacking for a long time, but this feature was recently updated to allow multiple photos and videos through IGTV. Hootsuite could improve by staying up to date with these kinds of changes in social media platforms instead of playing catch-up.

  • Generally we liked what Hootsuite offered, but I suppose it could offer more reporting abilities such as seeing how well a campaign performed. Sometimes a post's performance would be underplayed in the app (ie if it got 100 likes on the platform, it would only show it getting 5 likes in the app report)
  • Hashtag tracking - we wished we could see things like how many times a hashtag was used.
  • Can't post videos easily - this might only be an issue on Twitter but we've had some issues loading videos to post directly on Hootsuite.

  • The great thing about it is that it allows us in making schedules for social media posts belonging to different pages.
  • I strongly appreciate its analytics and tracking the most which help us a lot in facilitating our business in many ways. It let us organize our whole social media. It has made our marketing staff contented.
  • This is the most helpful tool in tracking matrices, followers, posts, and weekly activities as well.
  • This superb tool helps us in keeping the whole social media at a single location.
  • Its interface is not good enough due to which the user has to face many difficulties in connecting. It is very difficult in navigating.
  • The least thing about it is that initially, it is difficult to set up due to which you have to face frustration in the beginning afterwards it reduces with the passage of time.
  • Another drawback is that there is a well-defined boundary for connecting your Web pages and social media networks with your dashboard. Moreover, it becomes very difficult in updating the all at once.

  • Hootsuite Enterprise allows us to access more social media channels than the other products we've looked at. They've also been open about upcoming additions, which has allowed us to plan which channels we may use in the future.
  • When we've had a problem with a post or using Hootsuite Enterprise in general, the support team has responded quickly. While it is never convenient to have something stop working, it is nice to count on their quick response.
  • The Team Hierarchy structure is straightforward and has been simple to use as we've had to adjust access for individuals who have moved to various teams.
  • There is no simple way to preview how a post will appear on the various social media platforms. It makes it tough to know what to expect without some trial and error.
  • I wish there was more transparency about how each feature works. For example, Hootsuite allows you to post multiple pictures on Facebook in one post. However, when they go live it actually posts each picture separately. Knowing how it works ahead of time allows us to tailor our approach.

  • On Instagram, Hootsuite could allow location tagging like Instagram offers in its app
  • Allowing multiple images to be uploaded on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
  • Allow photos and video to be uploaded at the same time across platforms (especially Instagram)
  • Almost all Instagram upload features are not like the Instagram app. You can only upload one form of media on Instagram thru Hootsuite, but on the Instagram app, I can upload multiple pics, format those pics, upload videos, etc.

  • Editing scheduled post in text or photo until 8 minutes before it is scheduled to post.
  • The new profile selector, i am sure it needs a bit of fine tuning, It is a bit cumbersome and last week I had to restart my pc as it froze.
  • When we drag a post on the calendar to a new time position, it should be more smoothly, at the moment it is a bit clunky
