Overall Satisfaction with HotSchedules
Hotschedules is currently used by our restaurant group for scheduling all staff. We use the logbook notes for communication between management from shift to shift. We use staff journal notes for individual employee logs of development and progressive discipline. We also use it for notification of employee reviews, staff messaging, shift swapping, labor cards and shift pre-shift notes.

- The new scheduling update is a little more difficult than the previous
- Forecasting could be more user-friendly
