Overall Satisfaction with HotSchedules

We use Hotschedules for both front of house and back of house scheduling. It helps with making sure the staff know their schedules and are updated immediately when there are any changes made. Everything is online so I can approve or deny shift swap requests with my mobile phone. I can also look up my staff's phone numbers to call them if they don't show up to work.

  • Great communication tool to send messages to staff
  • It would be great if I could make changes to the schedule with the mobile app.
  • Sometimes [there are] glitches when changing through days on the roster screen in the app.

I wanted some jobs removed from my company and they did it right away. I don't have many issues so I don't really have much to write here.
It's is well suited for companies with many employees. It helps when I need to send out information to everyone.

May not be needed for small companies, but it would still help.
