Overall Satisfaction with HotSchedules
HotSchedules is an incredible scheduling system that helps keep communication at the forefront of the company. From other standpoints, it also greatly helps with payroll; it can be linked with the POS system to make sure employees are not clocking in too early or too late. I recommend the system to anybody with employees.
- Linking with POS to keep an eye on payroll.
- Built in messaging system.
- Easy to use and navigate.
- It would be nice to have the ability to overwrite approved time off. Things change, and staff can work partial.

I've very rarely had to contact the support team but they are fast to resolve issues and answer training questions.
