Overall Satisfaction with HotSchedules
HotSchedules has made my 3+ hours a week of scheduling into a modest 30 minutes a week to do all 3 schedules! Front of house, back of house and MoD! I don't know where we'd be without it. Plus its messaging app keeps all of us up to speed and on the same page!
Pros
- Scheduling is a breeze with the new and always updated format.
- HotSchedules recruit had made it so easy to stay in contact with today's workforce.
- Messaging app keeps us all on the same page, daily.

- Easier to contact tech support.
- Keep us better informed on website maintenance.
