Overall Satisfaction with HotSchedules

[It's being used] Across the department for several different roles. Helps with call-ins by employees and streamlining the scheduling process. Has helped us to better address the needs of the department and provide a useful tool for the employees to better plan their life and work balance. Has greatly decreased call-ins throughout the department.
  • Allows employees to swap shifts easily
  • Allows managers to manage swaps from the app on the go
  • Helps find coverage quickly for call ins
  • Drag and drop function sometimes drops in box below
  • Would be nice to be able to use for schedules that are 80 hours per 2 weeks
