Overall Satisfaction with HotSchedules
I own a restaurant and we use HotSchedules for front and back of house scheduling. This helps greatly with communication within the organization because everyone is connected. Things like shift changes can be completed within seconds with the click of a button. We also use the inventory platform which is great; it cut our count time in half!

- Phone app makes shift changes and swaps very easy for staff
- Mobile apps aren't free
- New update isn't as user-friendly
