Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot
- Userfriendly interface! Even someone with limited technological skills can navigate the system and do what needs to be done. Posting blogs is a cinch.
- Customer support! HubSpot provides personalized 1:1 service. We have been blown away with the level of care and attention we've received from our account reps like Oliver Baron.
- Best of industry conference! I attended Inbound 2013 in Boston and I can honestly say it was the best marketing conference I've attended in 20 years. I left inspired and energized.
- Dashboard organization. There is so much tremendous data within HubSpot that sometimes the dashboard is overwhelming. I know there are ways to customize this and I just need to take the time to explore it further.
- Company blog too frequent. I just can't keep up with the content that HubSpot shares with me. Everything they send is so good, but I just need more time to digest it.
- We've seen tremendous member engagement with our blog thanks to the simplicity of commenting and sharing the posts. We need to do a better job of measuring the impact of this.
- Stronger ability to report on email stats including opens and clickthrus. We knew that our members liked email as a communication channel. Now we can readily back that up with our data.
- Now that we are using HubSpot without an agency, we feel that we have greater control over our content and our destiny. Thanks to HubSpot's tremendous customer service, we feel like we can manage it on our own with their support.
