Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot

Hubspot is our main tool for handling the contacts that come to our website. We handle deal information there as well. It's mostly used by sales and marketing, not so much by support or engineering.
  • Hubspot is an excellent tool for marketing automation.
  • The forms and landing pages tools are very intuitive and even a simpleton like me can use it.
  • I like the "trello" feel of the deals.
  • List management could use some more work. I need more "And Or" options, not just filters.
  • I wish I could manage deal fields using contact fields and vice versa in workflows.
  • Tough to say, as to the ROI, since I don't handle that side of the business, but it does save me a lot of time and allows me to manage hundreds of my contacts.
Any SaaS could benefit from the flexibility of hubspot!
