Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot

It is being used by the marketing department to help us organize our middle of funnel efforts.
  • The ability to segment lists is crucial and HubSpot makes it easy to do that.
  • We love how you can break down each email to see what worked and what didn't.
  • It's great to be able to create workflows that keep people moving through the pipeline.
  • Unless you're very skilled, it is hard to make the landing pages look great.
  • There might be a better way to view contact pages to see what they have and haven't done.
  • We've been able to actually get data that we can track.
It works great for our department, but it might be better to get the sales platform if your sales team wants to use it.
