Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use HubSpot for our marketing as well as for our clients. We are a HubSpot partner agency so we do resell HubSpot to our clients. This means that we use multiple HubSpot portals for many many different reasons. It addresses different business problems for all of our clients but I think the most consistent one across the board is the problem most people have with not knowing who is coming to their site or what they're doing there. This solves that.

Pros and Cons

User-friendly and intuitive. All of the tools are easy to use and learn.
Support. Available nearly all the time. Incredibly helpful.
Ability to track contacts, what they're doing on your site, etc.

I don't love that some of the functionalities cost more.

Return on Investment

The knowledge we have about our customers is unlike any information we've had in the past.
We've been able to convert more visitors into leads and close more leads into customers using this software.

HubSpot is a great tool for companies who are interested in understanding what happens with their digital marketing and how their visitors are using their site. This type of knowledge is especially effective for business types that have long sales cycles and/or require a lot of education to the consumer.
