Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
The HubSpot CRM is used by our sales team. We use it to stay organized and keep track of where leads are in the pipeline.
- I like that the HubSpot CRM keeps the sales team and the marketing team on the same page.
- Progress and goals are easy to see and understand within the interface.
- I like that they're always updating it and adding new features.
- The major thing that I've noticed is that the platform is sometimes buggy, which makes getting work done frustrating sometimes. But their customer service is typically very helpful and quick.
- I don't like that there are additional costs for the add-ons. Most people using the CRM are also probably using the marketing platform which is already expensive.
- The sales team is much more efficient now. The team is organized and everyone knows which leads belong to which sales reps.
