Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
HubSpot CRM is a great tool that connects the sales and marketing teams in a great way. I love the integration between the sales and marketing platforms. It brings lead interactions from marketing into the sales side and keeps track of communications from the sales team. A great feature is the ability to assign tasks and groups of leads to different people while tracking progress. Duplication of efforts is not an issue with HubSpot CRM.
Pros
- Creating tasks and managing work flow
- Integration of marketing info for each lead
- Seamless communication with leads through CRM
Cons
- It would be great if there was better integration with payment platforms for customer info
- Being able to track behavior gives us the ability to cater much more
HubSpot CRM is much more intuitive to use. The customer care is amazing and the educational resources are invaluable.
