Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
The HubSpot CRM is used across our whole organization. We use it mainly to track communications with all prospective customers across the organization. It allows us to consolidate all of the communications we have with prospects in one place so everyone understands what's happening with those people.
Pros
- Gmail integration is great. It allows you to log an email you send through your Gmail account directly into the CRM.
- Tasks will really help remind you when it's time to follow up with someone.
- The contacts section allows you to see all of the interaction you've had with a customer or potential customer but also their engagement with your website.
Cons
- Extra cost for advanced features.
- It helps us close more sales because we know exactly what is happening with specific deals and never miss a step.
