Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
Hubspot CRM is being used as our main CRM for marketing and sales after previously having several different CRMs across division lines. Sales still uses a separate CRM for customer tracking as of now, but over time more and more new data is being added to Hubspot CRM instead of the other option.
- Visually appealing reports and profiles
- No user limits
- Very easy to use if familiar with Hubspot Marketing
- Included free with Hubspot Marketing
- No ability to de-duplicate and merge companies like there is with contacts.
- Either automatically adds contacts to companies based off email domain, or not automatically at all. Email domains are unreliable and no ability to have several domains be associated with a single company.
- No ability to automatically have company information be copied to contact information. They are two separate properties, and some parts of the Marketing side do not allow you to use the company properties.
- Because this is a free add-on to Hubspot, it has saved us thousands per year because we were already using HUbspot for marketing.
- Has improved lead nurturing with a combination of marketing automation in conjunction with the CRM.
- Has made leads easier to pass to sales since we are all using the same system.
