Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

It is used by the marketing department for marketing automation purposes. We handle a lot of things, including email marketing, customer journey tracking, and much more. It has great customer support and we are beginning to get the hang of it now that we have been using it for quite a while.

  • Make the email designer a bit easier.
  • It could make designing workflows a little easier.
  • We have not really measured it.
The best scenario is marketing automation where you have to send emails to visitors, customers, and other people who engage with the website and the company itself. We have tried it out for many campaigns. It is a good fit for us.
