Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
It integrates with WordPress well across all departments such as marketing, sales, accounting, customer service. The Sales team in particular uses HubSpot CRM to manage contacts, keep track of the status of accounts, and has a customization feature for the sales pipeline. It is easy to navigate through the CRM and export large sets of data. It is always a great way to manage tasks, receive reminders if they are not completed, and is easy to log calls or notes into.
Pros
- HubSpot Tasks - you can assign a task to yourself or other teammates and set a reminder if the task is not complete within a certain amount of time.
- Exporting of large data - numbers are important in sales and there are are a various selection of properties it comes with that can easily help organize business contacts, as well as the customization feature
- Sales Dashboard - gives analytics and insights about the teams productivity
Cons
- Exporting data - you have to go to options, then choose to export, rather than a clear cut export button
- More integrations with other WordPress plugins
- More customization on the display platform
- Gotten the job done, but will probably shift to a bigger CRM if back end web development is needed
- HubSpot academy is very helpful in learning the software, along with sales and marketing help
- Leads - opening of emails helps track prospective clients, but might not be accurate/actually sent to client
