Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I, almost single-handedly, manage 13+k companies with 26+k contacts using HubSpot. (Some contacts are not associated with companies - ie owners of our products, potential purchasers, etc.) I regularly add and research companies/contacts in order to prepare lists of interested bidding partners on commercial construction projects. In times past we have actively email marketed selected groups of contacts, contact types and/or Company types. We use locations in some of these email campaigns. One of our sales staff uses HubSpot to send documents to his contacts. I always use the Blind Copy address to enter email records in a central location. Some of my associates use the BCC and some do not.
- Collection of email addresses and details associated to a particular Company or project.
- Easily filter for many types of properties managed in HubSpot data.
- Easy to learn but a user will, over time, need to develop tricks to aid themselves.
- Instead of Parent/Child companies I find the need for "related" companies that may be more compared to "sister" companies. In my field there may be a division that does General Construction and other divisions that do Heavy/Site work or Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC/Plumbing. *I* need to do different IDs to keep all of the Companies in my data base but still be locatable to the ones I'm needing today.
- Make phone numbers brought in by Artificial Intelligence standardized. MY preference is 123.456.7890 with dots and no parentheses or country codes. It really wouldn't matter but it should be consistent and there should be a way to globally clean up my telephones to be all of the same format without going one by one.
- I really don't like having to get a code on my cell phone to log in each day. I have talked to Tech Support and they've agreed I shouldn't need to, yet it still happens.
- I find it very valuable for my support role.
