Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I use HubSpot to keep organized with sales prospects as well as a current customer. I also use HubSpot for marketing to both sales prospects for educational webinars. Hubspot has been a great help to stay organized while communicating with customers, vendors and prospects.

- Ability to search all notes and calls by keyword
- make it easier to send marketing emails.
- Helps manage deal cycles to keep deals moving- prior to HubSpot, we were not measuring this
Our sales and marketing are able to communicate in the same system seamlessly by tagging in notes/comments, assigning tasks for one another, scheduling meetings when needed. Sales can also see when marketing is putting together emails or if someone is in a workflow in either sales or marketing.
