Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I use HubSpot to keep organized with sales prospects as well as a current customer. I also use HubSpot for marketing to both sales prospects for educational webinars. Hubspot has been a great help to stay organized while communicating with customers, vendors and prospects.

VERY easy to use most aspects of HubSpot. I have used other CRMs that I felt were pretty clunky. HubSpot also has a chat feature so if you are not sure what to do, there is usually some help.
Our sales and marketing are able to communicate in the same system seamlessly by tagging in notes/comments, assigning tasks for one another, scheduling meetings when needed. Sales can also see when marketing is putting together emails or if someone is in a workflow in either sales or marketing.

If you are trying to organize yourself when making calls to customers and prospects, HubSpot makes it very easy to filter data and criteria to make a list or to set tasks as you go. There are also a lot of integrations that you can add-in. The Hubspot support team is also great if you have questions. I use Hubspot to send out marketing email too.
