Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We utilize HubSpot to track and work with new/existing customers' projects. This is extremely important as we must have each customer's projects individualized and able to have a clean slate of information for whomever requires said information. This addresses many problems with new and existing customer tracking and updates through time. This also helps the sales team and engineering team connect and push forward projects.
