Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I use HubSpot CRM to keep track of all our customer accounts and deal information. It's a single source of truth between our multiple departments. I also heavily use the reports and templates day to day. The templates save me a ton of time for the different types of follow-ups I need to send.
Pros
- Building detailed reports
- Saving templates to use and standardize across the team
- Manages and organizes various call types
Cons
- I feel it can be a bit overwhelming when new to the platform. I'd love more quick tutorials as I don't have time to dig into the academy portion.
- I'd say it's impacted our cost savings. It saves each team member a ton of time and automates a lot of processes for us.
This has helped communication sharing become more automatic. I can easily tell which companies have participated or been a part of our different marketing campaigns.
