Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot CRM is useful for documenting/recording tasks and helping to manage/work together as a team in a new world where most colleagues are working from home or remotely. My organization uses the website for several different reasons, from tracking to recording communications, and holding client details. It's a very useful website.

  • Easy note system
Very user-friendly, with support from HubSpot CRM's team if needed.
The task system is extremely helpful - with the ability to link to different colleagues, clients, companies, and dates.
